Late Shree Lachmandasji was born in 1920 and brought up in Punjab with family background of engineering field. He came to Gujarat in 1950’s from GOVINDGRAPH - PUNJAB. He became the Chief Engineer of Gujarat Paper Mill (Barejadi) erected and started the plant in 1952 or about. He worked there for 7 to 8 years and there after resigned from the mill to start up his own workshop manufacturing paper machinery.

He founded Shree Vishvakarma Engineering Works at Barejadi and since then never looked back, worked very hard and took the company to great heights. He was very much known for his sharp mind and new innovation in the paper field. With the background of vast engineering experience in the reputed paper mills using the varieties of raw materials & Economical processes for the production of varieties of paper & Board he gave many of the paper plants all over.

He gave his whole life to paper industry serving numerous satisfied customers providing the best quality of work and went for his heavenly journey in 1993 leaving behind his great values and fame earned through hard work and honestly.

The Shree Vishvakarma Engineering Works is achieving new heights day by day but will never forget its founder. Now Shree Vishvakarma Engineering Works is looked after by Two Sons & Grand Son of Late Shree Lachmandas Ji.

We all are very grateful to him for giving us his memories & great fruit of hard work in the form his company which we are determined to take to new heights so as his blessing shower on us always and his name lives forever in form of this company. He is always with us.
